so you're ok being beaten ,tied up and thrown in the back of a van and then frog marched down a street without any trial ,like Maggie said we don't need any vigilanties quite often they get it wrong and innocent people suffer

no he admitted writing the cheque ,he didn't get any money as the staff at cash converters alerted Cremer when they became suspicious ,so he didn't get any money although granted the intent was there .I suspect he was cautioned because of that and the crime committed against him were as if Cremer had gone through the proper channels then Gilbert may have been charged with attempted fraud
