The TiVo works great, yes there are a few things to be added but there is nothing wrong with the way it works just now at all.
AFAIK the letters about the draw went out to all triple XL customers.

I can care less about semantics of what the testers are called, the fact is there is still MAJOR updates to be added to the box. I'd almost bet at this point there is no chance the 3 tuners will be updated in march to all boxes if the so called beta team don't have the update yet.
As for the draw.. so VIP customers appear to not be in this new draw?
So as a VIP50 customer for 7 years, who registered interest on Dec 1st.. we're basically not even in the second draw, and will be contacted the end of march or basically a week before anyone can just phone up and get one anyway?
