Well, to be honest I'm not sure. I've been a customer since the Cable & Wireless days, and over the years I've upgraded my package quite a few times and can't remember when the last time was.
Realistically it makes no difference to me as I am happy with the service (especially as they are giving me a TiVo for free for life
), and have no intention of leaving unless something changes drastically!
Having my TiVo installed tomorrow as well, hope he/she comes to me first.
