Heartlands in Brum was mentioned in the report. that really is a bad hospital. it's mainly Asians that are hospitalised in it. some of the staff really are useless at their job.
there's people that actually refuse to be taken there by ambulance. they used to want to go to the old Selly Oak, but now the new QE.
