He phoned his mate to check what he had to do, then phoned their tech support before he went back to the depot. He came back with a printed out email then tried again and it still didn't work. Thats when he then plugged the cable in and yip it then worked.
I had to bite my lip to stop myself laughing.
So far I am impressed with the box. Much quicker than the old V+ box. But as others have said, I am a bit disappointed that the catch up doesn't work the way I expected but I understand it will be getting updated soon.
I think Virgin should hold their hands up and say we are beta testers and not charge us the £3 a month until it is ready for full roll out. But saying that, let the try and take it away
