HomePlug + Switch?

Hi, hope you can help me...So i've upgraded to 20mb Cable and bought new homeplugs as throughput was very low on the solwise 85mb plugs. I now have the following setup

SuperHub (Wired Printer, NAS, HomePlug1) Using 3 Ports so far
Homeplug 2 = pc
Homeplug 3 = pc
Homeplug 4 = PS3

Now what I want to do is move the NAS downstairs and plug this and the PS3 into one homeplug. To do this I guess I would need a switch something like this...

The Nas Currently has a static IP of 192.168.0.5, How would I make sure that when its plugged into the switch the NAS still has the same IP?

I'm slightly confused how the swich gives each device an IP and what the Superhub will see?

Will the superhub just see the one switch has one ip? or will it see different ip's for all attached devices?

Thank you for the help
