Correct again DF, that is what take s the most time the download takes the longest time.

You HAVE GOT TO change the default freq and default symbol rate in the diagnostic, even if they are set correctly out of the box or the box wont hit and come on.

Power levels have to be absolutely spot on.
The install tech had to go to our DP and adjust our levels too

Our install took 3 hours as it was his 2nd install ever of TiVo and he wanted to get it right.

I'd had TiVo training, but the tech was getting me to test all the features to make sure everything was working correctly. A really good customer experience.
