admars: The e-mail arrives straight away - there is no delay so I'm not sure it's even going through the mail servers. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Change the folder to sent items as above by just clicking
Other Folder and chose
sent items, do not leave as default as it appears to think your inbox is the default folder.
I have just tried it 4 times with different folders and it does work.
