Problem is that the written word is one of those things that the context of which can often be misaligned. Whether that blog post is a direct quote, which if it is is a poorly selected choice of words or whether it's the blogger's summarisation of a conversation remains to be seen.

For the discussion I've seen about slowness based on those youtube videos doing the rounds, I've also seen some of those lucky enough to be installed say how so much better it is than their V+ box, so all horses for courses really.
