Unfortunately, he called me a day early, because he then noticed I didn't have any Virgin Media service installed... Yet! Fortunately, the installation was today (BB XXL and XL TV), and minutes after the engineers left, I called the VM guy back (he'd given me his direct number) and ordered it. £149, no installation charge and £3 per month extra. Paid on CC over the phone (I have no problem with that)

TiVo installation will be on Sat 19th. 1 week to live with the awful V box before I can get the proper one, I can't wait!
what 'phone pack did you go for?
