The thing is, I'd ordered VM 2 weeks ago (in readiness), and it wasn't installed yet, and he told me that once there is an order in for something, he can't put the order for TiVo in.

Fortunately, the installation was today (BB XXL and XL TV), and minutes after the engineers left, I called the VM guy back (he'd given me his direct number) and ordered it. £149, no installation charge and £3 per month extra. Paid on CC over the phone (I have no problem with that)

TiVo installation will be on Sat 19th. 1 week to live with the awful V box before I can get the proper one, I can't wait!

I hope this is a wind-up.......

VM stated that only current customers should be getting it until full rollout. Plus it should have been £199 for a new customer.

If not then someone needs to contact the TiVo callers and ask them what they are doing......
