I rang up the 0800 number again, the guy resent the config but the modem isnt accepting it.

He then told me he had same fault and its 99% chance in his opinion the superhub is faulty and he has dozens of reports of same issue, fix is replacement superhub.

I will be asking for a VMNG300 tommorow, so hopeing the tech has some in van.
