A full product launch has not happened yet. Its still a soft launch or pre-launch at the moment. As I stated its not a full release until anyone can order it from a VM store or calling up to order it, and the marketing fully begins.  |

Are you saying Virgin have misrepresented the situation by tell the press it's launched when it hasn't ?
They always said full availability for new customers would be April.
They never gave info about schedule except those who registered would get it before.
