Sending a WOL packet over the internet will not work because the protocol does not function over the internet.

Sending a WOL packet from the Superhub will not work because it does not have the functionality to do so.

Your best bet would be to connect your WRT320N to the superhub, set it up with custom firmware, and use that via a port forward.
