here is a small example of low calorie foods including potatoes. Also Nimble bread only has 48 calories per slice, so you don't have to give up your favourite foods. If you did that you would soon tire of trying to lose weight.
I have my Weight Matters course today, hope they remember to bring the scales (and hope I've lost some more). Before that I have a doctor's appointment at 8.30am for a blood test and a you know what sample.

Hope they can tell me sometime soon that I am not diabetic.
