Up to that point I just wanted to get what had been agreed with me. After that, I signed up with BT Infinity within 15 minutes of putting the phone down.

I had already done that when i got offered the deal to stay, got to admit i have been tempted to cancel as i am still within the extra 28 day period.
Then at least i would get a higher speed up & down with bt infinity.
