Next time i get offered a retentions deal i am going to get it in writing, so they can't move the goal posts after you have accepted a deal.
After all when i was offered my deal it was inferred that it would go up to 30mb when it came along, nothing about having to lose my retentions deal to do it was mentioned just the price i would be paying.
To my way of thinking if they want to take my retentions deal away to upgrade, then that is not what i was offered in the first place.
