Per the rest of the thread for people not on retentions deals and with the right kit already it's free, and always should have been. Zero fighting just getting through to staff who are able to read what's on their screen
The VM harem will be around within a few months with deals that will allow you to avoid paying the extortionate £18.50/month for the 30Mb so just a bit of patience should work.
TiVo will be more interesting, absolutely no reason, at all, for VM to be adding that to the retentions deals. Not that that's stopped them in the past.
