The VM forum seems useful for ordering a new remote control and little else, in my opinion. As ever the staff like Ben run rings around the forum team. Some of them don't even seem familiar with the search option.

I have to say, the help on this forum is vastly superior and people actually seem to care. If I am the only person who has this problem, I would at least like to know why. It is not a one off show that is missing, no fewer that 6 series are missing from from tv choice, and if I was anal enough to run a whole listing off, I bet I would find a whole lot more. If it weren't for the fact the new shows were advertised, I would be none the wiser. I hope this problem is sorted quickly too, but at the moment, I am struggling to even convince anyone that there
is a problem and I doubt whether it has even been taken seriously by anyone other that
Digital Fanatic
. In the VM forum, their answer was to send an engineer out to me. He gave me a new box, but that was all he could do- he is not responsible for what gets uploaded at the headend. If I phone up and complain, I am sure they would just send another engineer out and ignore the real issue because it is just easier.
