Dear Arthur,

We wanted to let you know that some of our prices are increasing from 1st April 2011. Lots are staying exactly the same and some haven’t changed at all in the last two years.

When you have a moment, take a look here and you can see how this affects you. If you’d like to remind yourself which package you’re on, just take a look at the top of this letter.

If any of the products you have aren’t mentioned here, don’t worry, it means those prices are staying exactly as they are.

Finally, at Virgin Media, we’re here to help you live your life to the full.
So head to our useful site and have a read through our plans to make your home a more exciting place to live in 2011. From free cinema tickets for movie previews, to the UK’s fastest broadband and HD channels at no extra monthly cost. Plus, we give you a taste of things to come, including getting more TV On Demand. That’s right! We’re adding a dollop of TV Choice On Demand to your package. For the first time, you’ll have over 700 hours of the best TV at your beck and call. Find out all about here.

Don't forget, if you need to remind yourself of our new prices or how we're making your home a more exciting place to live just just visit virginmedia.com/pricing-guide

Yours sincerely,
