Oho.... well that was precisely what they did today, had us doing circuit training/exercises. I was slightly disappointed with their scales (weighed around 1/2lb more than I thought I was) however dinna fash yersel, tomorrow is another day, 12 lbs (loss) in one month is pretty good in anyone's book. Now to see what I can achieve in the next 4 weeks
