Are there any internal FAQs covering retentions deals on this upgrade given the comment earlier about this being used to get people paying the same price for the same products?

That strikes as laughable given VM's ongoing sycophancy but correction would be welcome. That retentions people are claiming it'll be a part of their retentions codes next week is 'interesting'. Clearly £18.50 for 30/3 is too much.
