Thanks for proving my point about the fool being the company and illustrating how stupid VM are. You call through to retentions multiple times within a single day angling for a deal on 30Mb, all of which should be logged, and they indulge you, amusing.

Dream on. VM would give do anything if they think it would help the churn figures. The retention policy is laughable as my own experience suggests.
