This is my opinion and with the shows that i never watch i hope that VM try to get another channel instead.

You've never watched them, so how do you know if you like them or not?
I must admit that I've started watching a few programmes now that I had previously dismissed without seeing. I had a false impression of them from the trailers and hype but I like them now (e.g. Bones, Burn Notice).

Surely if you have paid for a FreeSat-from-Sky viewing card, you are a Sky 'customer'. It is debatable as to whether you are a Sky 'subscriber' or not and I imagine that Sky would say not.
I've given up watching the adverts because they are frustratingly ambiguous or even contradictory, so I can't remember if they say free to Sky 'customers' or Sky 'subscribers'. If it's the latter then I would argue that those VM customers with additional Sky packages are Sky 'subscribers' too.

I have previously posed questions about whether or not there is an SD version of Sky Atlantic and, apart from an explanation of how HD subscribers will automatically get it on channel 108, I have not had any reliable confirmation of there being an SD version at all.

I would rather watch it legitimately, but that is not available to me, and I can honestly say it is the first time I've ever used Bit Torrent.

I think you're confusing this with the "I stole a loaf of bread because I was starving" defence.
