Probably a waste of time, but its clear someone on the phones at virgin are clued up
They have a dedicated ring fenced team who will be contacting those who have pre-registered via the varying channels. S1 TiVo owners have their own offer, though you could try doing the old Jerry Maguire-esque 'Show me the TiVo' monologue and see how far you get..
