I am pretty sure some legal services already offer this like iTunes and there is one other that I saw advertised the other day saying watch day after US broadcast. I know it is vague but I will see if I can remember who it is.

But if it is a app on Tivo then you won't have to worry about your connection being capped if you want to stream a HD movie or have it effect other in the home.
