Completely agree. I am so fed up being given the run around by CS at Virgin. I cannot tell you how many times they have hung up on me. I have been passed from pillar to post - always with the same end result - no progress. My account details were also down due to some technical error - for 5 weeks!
Two weeks ago i was promised a call back in a couple of days. I am still waiting. I have phoned them and emailed them all to no avail.
Things are definatley on a downward trajectory. Customer service is appalingly poor and we just don't seem to matter. Doubt they don't need my hard earned bucks anymore!
