The difference being messrs Gray and Keys were in the workplace. Regardless of whether they were 'broadcasting' or not it doesn't matter. They were in the workplace and that sort of talk is not productive in a professional environemnt.
I know damn well if I said some of the things they said in my workplace I would be up in front of the HR department getting severe warnings. Maybe not sacked but the difference between me and them is the pay gulf. They are in a privileged position and they know it. They need to be extra careful of what they say and where.
No sympathy for either of them.

And not far from this workplace - the footballers. The double standards of "the beautiful game". Watch 22 men gob and spit, shout and swear at the ref and each other, fake fouls, try to con the ref on every decision even obvious ones (everyones hand goes up for every throw in!), lies, deceipt.........and lets face it, this IS being passed on to todays kids - and society is showing the same "footballer" mentatlity on the streets and in schools.
But you say one crude remark and you are the devils brood!
