It is completely relevant. People are arguing that there should be no sexual behaviour at work at all - so asking someone out is sexual behaviour - flirting is sexual behaviour - and this is human nature - otherwise how do people get together?

We have heard two quotes from these guys - and they are now bullies?

so when you ask someone out you use the sexual gestures and crude comments routine ...and that works for you does it no-one has said there should be no "sexual behaviour"at work they have said there should be no sexual gestures and crude comments ,a totaly different thing
