That's a good idea Caff, swimming apparently exercises all your muscles. I may make enquiries about opening times etc at our local pool.
Today I walked to the doctor's surgery (car is in for MOT). I have been wearing my new pedometer all day and surprisingly I've taken 6826 steps, which used up 205 calories and is equal to 4.778 Km.

There was me thinking I did no exercise. I'm going to make a habit of wearing it and see if I can beat the total.
