I think I live fairly healthily but need to cut out some harmful stuff, and I'm onto that, plus I'm taking up something I haven't done for years - it's swimming
(have to be able to time myself, swim the width of the pool underwater and plain enjoy the water). My local pool is olympic-sized so I'm very fortunate.
