Think install techs (I assume you know many jobs they do in a day) and do the maths.
Whatever the procedures now are not the final ones for the full rollout.
As for the tivos with smaller hard drives, that's already public info courtesy of one of Berkett's presentations to the city bods.

That's because it's not on the headends yet because its not the full roll out - yet.
