Give it a go?

That's actually what I'm building up to - it'd actually been several months since I'd done any running, so I'm currently using the treadmill to build up my stamina again.
Once it starts staying light until around 6, I'll be going back out to run so I can do the interval stuff then - I reckon that'll give me about another 6 weeks maybe, then I can concentrate on increasing my distances as well. I want to try and do a 10k this year as, if I don't have a targte, I know that I'll just get bored of it again
Anyway, I started that '30 in 30' challenge on the 8th of this month, and todays 3 miles has got me up to 19.1 in total, so I've got 13 days left, and only 11 miles for the total - quite happy with that
