hi we are stilll puzzled about this router can u still help, we have the ssid set as the name of our road, so surely if our son in law bought his laptop wouldnt he put the name of the road in. and then surely you should be able to log on.

if you go to his house you put his password in i think it is the name of his road and you can connect straightaway

i can go onto the internet from my dsi and can find my details but then because it is set up as wpa you have to do the advanced settings it looks like that whichever way we need the security key

we are just not up with this kind of think passphase ssid etc.,
when we set the router up it put the information on my desktop but i had a virus and had to clear the whole stuff off now using laptop.

just wish there was someone who could help set this up again and go through and we could write the things we need down
