Anyway, I called earlier to cancel the whole connection, even prior to receiving the modem. My service is appauling and appauling Broadband service is the only thing I cannot accept. I appreciate a lot of people are ok but my particular case was very frustrating. I've now signed up with Be Broadband for good, old ADSL!
How much do you want to bet I get better upload speeds and general connection stability?
