It's not about giving up bread or potatoes or whatever, it's about cutting down. If you cut out what you like you will soon tire of your diet. Aim to lose a modest amount even if just 1/2lb per week, over the year that is 26lbs! So really what I am saying is it's about changing our eating habits, and being more aware of our intake, and also trying to be more active.
