Someone on another forum in the same predicament as us has again phoned them and were told the this....

Apparantely though, the super hubs are still being sent out - mine'll be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days, and they'll add the £30 onto next months bill (I've already had mine, so I'm not sure if they'll adjust it, or wait an additional month - will have to login to the online billing in a few days). Once the service 'goes live' they'll just send a new config file to the hub.
