Well our resolve vanished when we saw Riley. So I happily introduce our new house-mate. He is only 18 months old but is already 30cms at the shoulder so I suspect he is going to be a very big cat. I'm just hoping that we can convince him that he wont get hit or kicked and that he is safe with us before he wrecks the house.

LOL I had forgotten how  interesting a rescue cat can be.

He will soon realise that you mean well and are happy to feed him upon request but will probably stay aloof and deign to to be friendly on his own terms with the occasional reminder ( bite ) to remind you who is in charge.
He is a handsome boy and looks quite regal.
