Definitely, they can't simply do nothing. Full integration will take some time but the rationalisation of the network is starting early 2011. If VM don't reach an agreement in the near future then it's possible that some customers could see a drop or even loss of service. I asked the question to 'The Team' who's response was that if this were to happen then it would be treated on a case by case basis.
