The 100/10Mb service uses DOCSIS 2 upstream, it's fine for 'up to' 27Mbps.

No more mad than making some areas wait until March 2012 for the upstream increase or 100Mb to become available.

I'm guessing you already have your 2Mbps upstream so there's no 'madness' there and it's nothing to do with churn?
