You signed up for 20meg, the expectation that you are somehow entitled to get more than you pay for, for free, twice, is ludicrous.
As for needing a Superhub, until VM announce when and how exactly the upgrade will be offered, and to whom, it's all just speculation. I could say you need an upside down tree and voodoo potion to get 30mb, that wouldn't make it so.

Are you taking the p*s* or what how can you advertise XL Broadband when launched at 30mb but have half your XL customers still only able to receive 20mb churn would soon increase.
