Sorry, but I see no reason why people should be allowed to have their pets soil other people's gardens. Dogs or cats, doesn't matter.

We all have to live alongside our neighbours and there are worse things to contend with than cats possibly ,maybe fouling your garden..Feeding foxes and badgers so they haunt your bins and get into your rubbish.Loud parties for hours when your partner is on shift work,Car alarms and house alarms and constant DIY with the largest loudest power tools in the world.Cutting the grass/DIY before 9 am on a Sunday morning..Noisy drunken teenagers hanging about the street until all hours
Oh yes I really cannot get bummed about a bit of cat poo that can be dug into the garden as a bit of compost.There are worse behaviours from one's neighbours to contend with.
