My superhub is fine so far. No problem or issues whatsoever.

Yes I had forward that faxes off to virgin media billing dept and they had apology and ask me to ingorne the letter. As they can see I already paid £75 for the superhub and £20.00 activated fee. The installation charge of £40.00 is free of charge because it manual self install. The correct payment of service is £35 a month (not £47) because the letter think I had a virgin media phone line which I don't have it.
