Hi i started this thread in September when i had intermittent picture loss possibly down to faulty HDMI socket anyway i had the box replaced and bingo the problem went away now guess what this box is doing the same so i had to go through the same rubbish with customer service to get a tech back which means he will replace the box and bang go all my recorded programs is anyone else still having this problem could it be the sa boxes are at fault could i ask for a new one i undersatnd they are samsung.
