I have 2 recordings (European f1) which have been watched, and then deleted. However it keeps reappearing, despite deleting a number of times.

Any suggestions. Had a virgin engineer today to sort out telephone, and he suggested I ask this forum..........

I presume a reformat would work, but don't know how to do it. Resets have not worked.
