Virgin media are also responsible for failing to provide their staff with the tools required to do the job.

I do not damage the cabs in anyway that will stop me from securing them, its easy to pop open the doors and easy to close them again.
IF im unable to secure it, I will cover it in tape to stop it from swinging in the wind and report the cab via the correct channels. I'll also refuse to do jobs because of no cab keys.
