If you have a secondary address of say rob1@ntlworld.com you can delete this address and in 90 days time you can then have the address of rob1@virginmedia.com.

The plan is to allow customers the chance to change their Primary alias in the future and allow them to sign up for the @VM version. Obviously this would be set on a first come first served bases, as there could be 3 people across the platforms with rob@ in their email ..
