As I said above the Primary email alias will always be for instance
rob@ntlworld.com and the are no plans to allow this to change.
So if for instance you wanted to add the email address of
rob@virginmedia.com it would not be possible because of the existence of
rob@ntlworld.com.
If you have a secondary address of say
rob1@ntlworld.com you can delete this address and in 90 days time you can then have the address of
rob1@virginmedia.com.
