There had blue light at the top, and two green lights in middle and bottom (the middle is tick mark) and bottom is wireless. The power on and off are the back of the modem (underneath)
You don't have talk a lot of nonsense. No one would be using the same IP address. Also that model number is totally wrong.

I have actually had the superhub for a while now as I was part of the trials and it works brilliantly.
