I don't agree with everything Jody says, and quite frankly his rant about disabled access to the tube was a bit ridiculous. However, the guy is only 20 and he is at least standing up for his beliefs. As for standing up for his beliefs, well yes, he is (literally, at Tory HQ, if his own account is to be believed), but fortunately we don't judge what's right or wrong, good or bad based purely on sincerety. He is sincerely deranged in my view, with a far too highly polished sense of self-importance. Even the strapline of his blog should set alarm bells ringing. "One man's journey on the path to revolution". He badly needs to get out from up himself.
His inane dribbling shows he has little understanding of what 'revolution' means, how the BBC is constituted and run, or how war reporting works (embedded or otherwise), just to take a couple of very recent examples. Unfortunately McIntyre has, due to his recent notoriety, decided that the world is desperately interested in everything he has to say, and is pouring forth on a variety of subjects he simply hasn't read enough about to have anything revolutionary to say.
